Connie Yoshimura is the Owner/Broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Alaska Realty and has the exclusive franchise for the entire state of Alaska, with offices in Mat-Su, Homer, and Anchorage. With over 40 years of experience in residential real estate sales, she has successfully developed new residential communities across Southcentral Alaska, including Cedar Park in Palmer, Holtan Hills in Girdwood (coming soon), Huffman Timbers, Turnagain View Estates, Potter Highlands, Sandhill Reserve, and Heritage Estates in Eagle River. Her portfolio also includes multi-family units and condominium developments.

Connie holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Writers’ Workshop at the University of Iowa and contributes to the Anchorage Daily News with real estate columns, sharing her insights and expertise with the community.
